What they had to say about Alison:
“Alison Vidotto changed our ( Chartered Accountants ANZ ) people’s view of leadership in an inspiring 15 minutes ! She achieved exactly what I was looking for – get our people to realise there was a leader within them. If they hadn’t already found it then just look and you will find…..We are very fortunate to have Alison so active in our community. She makes a difference.”
“Wonderfully passionate presentation. It’s great to see the joy being a leader can be. Opened my eyes to how to deal with people.”
“Our team were not only motivated and inspired by her story but also her resilience, perseverance and passion to provide learning opportunities for blind people in Vietnam, despite the challenges and set backs she faced. Her story had a positive impact on our team. Not only were they able to connect with Alison’s experiences on an emotional level but were able to gain insights on how they could motivate and empower their teams by stepping up and taking the lead.”
“I really enjoyed listening to Alison and her calm and collected approach was refreshing. Thank you Alison!”
“Really highlights the importance of the leader to inspire, build and nurture their staff into leaders. Can use this once in the family also! Very appropriate indeed”
